Our Client a large Engineering Company based in Central London requires an Administrator. The role involves Organising and logging the receipt and distribution of all incoming mail, telephone, fax and emails to ensure they are brought to the attention of the appropriate individuals. Documenting and maintaining processes for all administrative processes. Preparing and maintaining an administrative induction pack for new members of the programme*project team. Performing the administrative induction of new team members. Producing presentation material for project workshop*seminars. Providing a comprehensive administrative service, including word processing, minute taking and amending documents. As necessary, organise meetings and conferences. Collate information and documentation to ensure team members are briefed. Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of Word. Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets. Good knowledge of PowerPoint or similar package. Good telephone skills. Management reporting experience. Experience of co-ordinating the administrative support of a team. Desirable Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Good communication and people handling skills. IT skills, MS Office inc Visio, FrontPage and Access. Be able to set up and run a filling system.
